Home & office relocation

Your things arrive exactly as they left.

One crew, one plan, one inventory list. We walk the rooms with you first, then wrap, carry and rebuild everything the same day.

Moves we handle

Pick the move that sounds like yours

Every job is quoted on rooms, access and distance — not on a guess about how much you own.

  • Whole-home moves

Three bedrooms and up, including the garage, garden tools and the wardrobe nobody wants to empty.

    Full day crew
  • Apartments & walk-ups

Lift bookings, stair runs and narrow landings planned before the truck leaves the depot.

    Access mapped
  • Studios & small loads

A single room, a storage unit or the few heavy pieces you would rather not carry alone.

    Half day slot
  • Office relocations

Desks, screens and files moved after hours so your team opens a working floor on Monday.

What's in every move

No add-ons for the things that should be standard

The quote you approve covers the protection, the labour and the labelling. Materials are counted on the walkthrough, so the number does not move on the day.

  • Blanket wrap and corner guards Timber, glass and upholstery padded before anything is lifted.
  • Floor runners and door jamb covers Both properties protected, which keeps bond and handover inspections simple.
  • Room-labelled inventory Every carton is tagged to its destination room, so unpacking starts where you want it.
  • Dismantle and reassembly Beds, desks and flat-pack units come apart and go back together with their own fixings bagged.

How a move runs

Three steps, and you keep the plan in writing

You will know the crew size, the arrival window and the price before anything is packed.

  1. 01

    Walkthrough

We go room by room, note the awkward pieces and the access at both ends, then send a fixed written quote.

  2. 02

    Pack and load

The crew arrives with materials already counted. Fragile items are wrapped first and loaded last.

  3. 03

    Unload and rebuild

Cartons land in their labelled rooms, furniture is reassembled, and the packing waste leaves with us.

Where we move

Local corridors, plus the long run between them

If your pickup or drop-off sits outside this list, say so in the form — we still quote it, we just plan the drive differently.

  • Harrow Bay
  • Linden Flats
  • Verrow Hill
  • Maple Quarter
  • Oldcourt
  • Sable Reach
  • Northmere
  • Interstate on request

Questions

The things people ask before booking

How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a full home, and a few days is usually enough for a studio or a short load. Month-end and lease-change weekends fill first, so send the form early even if your date is still soft.
What happens with fragile or awkward items?
Mirrors, screens, glass tops and artwork are wrapped and crated separately, and they travel upright and strapped. Pianos, safes and oversized items are quoted after the walkthrough so the right crew and gear are assigned.
My building has stairs and no lift. Is that a problem?
No, but it changes the crew size and the time, which is why we ask about access up front. Tell us the floor, the stair width and whether a loading bay can be reserved, and the quote reflects the real job.
Can I move the date after I book?
Yes. Settlement and lease dates shift constantly, so we hold your slot and rebook it to the nearest available window at no extra charge when you let us know before packing day.

Tell us about the move

A short description is enough to start. We will reply with a written estimate, a crew size and an arrival window, and we will ask for a walkthrough if the job needs one.

  • Step one. We read your details and check the date against the crew calendar.
  • Step two. You get a written estimate with the inclusions listed line by line.
  • Step three. Approve it and the slot is yours, with the crew lead named on the booking.

We use your details to prepare this quote and nothing else.
